PDF tools for documents and everyday paperwork

Prepare documents without uploading their contents. Combine separate PDFs, save just the pages you need, change page order and rotation, or turn images into a document. These tools create new files and keep your originals unchanged. Each workspace explains its file-size, page-count and format limits before you begin.

Tool inputs stay on your device. Page-view analytics never include tool input.

What can you do with these tools?

This category groups tools by the job they complete, not by a search-keyword variation. Choose the smallest utility that matches the input and output you need.

  • Combine reports, appendices and invoices into one PDF.
  • Extract a chapter or selected pages into a smaller document.
  • Reorder, remove or rotate pages from a scanned PDF.
  • Make a PDF from JPG or PNG receipts and screenshots.

Frequently asked questions

Are PDF files uploaded to Toolk?

No. Files are read and processed in a background worker in your browser tab. The PDF library loads as part of the tool, but your document contents are not sent to a processing server or included in page analytics.

Can I edit words inside a PDF?

The organizer edits page order, removal and rotation. It does not replace existing words, annotate pages, fill forms or perform OCR. The workspace describes the supported operation before you choose a file.

Which PDF files are supported?

Use unencrypted PDFs without interactive forms, up to 25 MB and 200 pages combined. Images to PDF accepts up to 20 JPG or PNG images, each no larger than 20 megapixels. Keep originals and check downloaded copies; signatures and document-level features are not preserved.
