Our Story

Free, privacy-first tools for developers and everyday tasks

Toolk started from a simple frustration: too many developer tools hide behind paywalls and signups. We built 89 utilities that run entirely in your browser — free, with nothing to install and nothing uploaded.

Built on core principles

The philosophy is simple: a tool should solve your problem immediately and then get out of your way.

Privacy by default

We don't collect your tool input. Whatever you paste, type, or upload stays in your browser and is processed locally. No signup, no login, no cross-site or advertising tracking — only aggregate page-view metrics via Google Analytics 4.

Free to use

Every tool here is free to use, with no account and no usage limits — the entire catalogue is available to every developer.

Fast by design

Tools are built server-first and optimised for Core Web Vitals, so pages load quickly and the working widget is usable the moment it appears.

The mission beyond the code

We believe the tools of the trade should be accessible to everyone, regardless of budget. Whether you ship production code daily or are writing your first line, you deserve fast, reliable utilities — without a paywall in the way.

Toolk is shaped by the people who use it. Many tools and features come directly from user suggestions. By keeping the tools free and uncluttered, we focus purely on the craft of building useful, dependable software.

Free tools, no catch. What should we build next?

Every Toolk utility is free and runs in your browser. Have an idea for a tool that should exist? Suggest it — many tools here started as a request.
