Keep your original files. These tools create a new PDF; they do not preserve digital signatures, document bookmarks or all document-level features. They do not sanitize unsafe PDFs. Only select files you trust.
How to use Images to PDF
- Choose JPG or PNG images, up to 20 files and 25 MB combined. Each image must be no larger than 20 megapixels.
- Move images earlier or later to arrange the PDF page order.
- Choose A4, US Letter or a page fitted to each image. Standard paper sizes use a 24-point margin.
- Select Create PDF, review the output preview and download the document. Check image orientation and readability before sharing.
Make a document from receipts, screenshots or scans
A4 and Letter pages fit each image inside the margins without stretching or cropping it. Fit page to image uses 96 image pixels per inch and no margin; it does not read print-resolution metadata. Phone-photo EXIF orientation is not applied, so export images upright before conversion. Transparent areas have no painted background and typically appear white in a PDF reader.
File handling and limits
Processing happens in a background worker in this browser tab using pdf-lib. Files are not uploaded to Toolk. The 25 MB input limit reduces memory pressure but does not guarantee that every complex document will work on every device. Cancel a running job or try smaller files if processing takes too long.
Keep the original document. Encrypted PDFs and interactive forms are unsupported. New documents do not retain digital signatures, bookmarks, or every document-level feature. Review the output in your PDF reader before sharing. Website analytics are separate from file processing and do not receive file contents.
Frequently asked questions
Can I convert HEIC or WebP images to PDF?
This tool accepts JPG and PNG files only. Export other formats as JPG or PNG first. Renaming the file extension does not convert its contents into a supported image format.
Will the PDF have searchable text?
No OCR is performed. Text that exists only inside a screenshot or scan stays part of the image. Use an OCR workflow if you need searchable or selectable text.
Will the PDF be smaller than the original images?
Not necessarily. This tool embeds images and arranges pages; it is not an image compressor. If file size matters, prepare smaller images first, then check the readability of the resulting PDF.
