Keep your original files. These tools create a new PDF; they do not preserve digital signatures, document bookmarks or all document-level features. They do not sanitize unsafe PDFs. Only select files you trust.
How to use Organize PDF Pages
- Choose one PDF with up to 200 pages. The thumbnail grid uses the original file positions.
- Move a page earlier or later, rotate it in 90-degree steps, or remove it. Keep at least one page.
- Use Restore original pages to undo the arrangement and start again.
- Select Save page changes, download the copy and open it in your PDF reader to check the result.
Fix page order and sideways scans
If page 3 is a sideways scan, rotate that page by 90 degrees while leaving the others unchanged. Move an appendix to the end or remove a spare cover sheet. Rotation is added to the original page rotation. Page thumbnails show the current order and rotation. Enlarge a page to inspect its contents; existing words and images are not editable.
File handling and limits
Processing happens in a background worker in this browser tab using pdf-lib. Files are not uploaded to Toolk. The 25 MB input limit reduces memory pressure but does not guarantee that every complex document will work on every device. Cancel a running job or try smaller files if processing takes too long.
Keep the original document. Encrypted PDFs and interactive forms are unsupported. New documents do not retain digital signatures, bookmarks, or every document-level feature. Review the output in your PDF reader before sharing. Website analytics are separate from file processing and do not receive file contents.
Frequently asked questions
Can I edit existing words or images in the PDF?
No. This tool edits the page arrangement: order, removal and rotation. It cannot replace existing text, add annotations, fill forms or redraw images within a page.
Does deleting a page permanently change my original?
No. The selected file is read locally and a new PDF is created. Before generating the output, Restore original pages puts every page back in its starting order and removes your added rotations.
Can I use this tool to redact private information?
No. Page removal is not a redaction or sanitization service. Use a dedicated redaction tool and verify hidden content, metadata and attachments before distributing sensitive documents.
